SCHOOL REPORT & GRADE SHEET

We would like to see a copy of your most recent school or college report (for applicants aged under 19 years). If you have been issued a predicted grade sheet, then please also bring this with you. If you have already completed a qualification, please bring confirmation of grade with you.

INTERVIEW TASK & WHAT YOU NEED TO PREPARE

Please prepare a ‘Personal statement’ 200-400 words. (Written or typed) This must be a reflection of yourself, and your achievements so far.

Consider:

  • What you enjoy, hobbies and interests
  • Your goals for the future,
  • Why have you chosen the course?
  • What are your achievements?
  • Employment, work placements or experience of work/volunteering
  • Where have you travelled to or hope to in the future?
  • Your Idol/Role Model

WHAT WILL HAPPEN ON THE DAY?

Your interview is the start of the recruitment process. You will be taken to the hub of our department for a presentation on the Study Programme/courses we offer. You will have an opportunity to ask questions to our teaching and support team. Following the presentation, you will have a 1-1 interview with one of our team.

If you are successful at this stage, you will be invited to our Taster Days. These are an opportunity for applicants to experience live classes and meet other applicants. Successful completion of our taster days will lead to a full offer being made.  You will be contacted with more information about the taster days in due course, direct from the Curriculum Area.
