The View restaurant and bistro is situated on the 3rd floor of the main building of our Tonbridge campus.

The Restaurant is staffed by all levels of our catering academy students be it in the kitchen, with our trainee chefs preparing and cooking the food or the front of house students learning the intricacies of the perfect service all supervised by our experienced and professional catering team.
The View Bistro is open, from 10:30am for a selection of barista coffees, impressive tea selection and a range of other beverages also offering homemade cakes and savouries in relaxed, comfortable surroundings.
The View Restaurant offers a classical lunch service, from 12pm -2:00pm with a freshly prepared seasonal menu, dishes of the day and comprehensive drink list served at your table all within a stunning contemporary decorated restaurant.
We hold special theme evenings on Thursdays from 6pm – 9:30pm, led by our Diploma students, which can include fine dining, country specific or calendar led menus for example a Burns night.
The restaurant and bistro also boast a fantastic panoramic view of the rolling Kent countryside, quite simply stunning.
Our proud students look forward to meeting and serving you while they practice the skills that they have learned and develop confidence in preparation to working in the hospitality industry.
Car parking is free and when you arrive announce yourself at reception and we will come and meet you and escort you, in the lift, to the restaurant where you will enjoy a warm welcome, fantastic service and an experience that you won’t forget.
Booking is advised for the View Restaurant to avoid disappointment though we do leave some room on the day and by calling us we are confident we can get you a table. As for the View Bistro if you are out and about or need a comfortable place to meet friends or work colleagues you are more than welcome.
