Cabin Crew
Air cabin crew help make sure that airline passengers have a comfortable, safe and pleasant flight. Their daily duties include greeting passengers and checking documents, making announcements on the flight and writing flight reports, ensuring all incidents are recorded.
Cruise ship steward
The role includes guiding guests around the ship, answering guest questions, preparing cabins, taking food and drink orders and carrying out cabin maintenance. With experience you could progress to a supervisor post, like assistant housekeeper or head steward.
Resort representative
Resort representatives look after holidaymakers during their stay at the resort. Day-to-day tasks include welcoming guests to the resort, arranging sightseeing and activity trips, planning activities within the resort and dealing with enquiries.
Tour manager
Tour managers manage the travel arrangements of holidaymakers and business clients to make sure their trips run smoothly. Responsibilities include making sure accommodation, meals and services are satisfactory, giving advice on local activities and events, promoting and selling trips and arranging travel arrangements.
