Miskin Radio is a local radio station for North Kent, covering Dartford and Gravesham and is based at our Dartford campus All presenters and production staff are either students , or volunteers from the local community - bringing a unique diversity of radio shows to the region.

The radio station was set up in April 2012 by Miskin Media with two objectives in mind; firstly, to give Media students real experience in working within the broadcasting industry. And secondly, to provide the North of Kent with a local radio frequency, as it is the only area of Kent without one.

Since making its debut on the internet as a live streaming community radio station, Miskin Radio has already made a name for itself locally. During the 2012 London Olympics, Miskin Radio was granted a FM frequency by Ofcom to cover the Olympics in the local area.
