You need JavaScript enabled to view it. - please give your name, date of birth, date the course took place, and the reason for the replacement (ie lost, stolen, damaged etc). You will then be contacted with details of how and when to obtain the replacement temporary passport in person (the substantive passport will be issued by ECITB).
This facility is for the online payment for replacement CCNSG Safety Passports only, after receiving notification that a replacement has been authorised and you have been given an appointment to attend the College in person. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE PAYMENT UNLESS YOU HAVE RECEIVED CONFIRMATION FROM THE ADMINISTRATION OFFICE.
